This morning, on a beautiful sunny day, our students, faculty, and staff celebrated our second annual flag raising ceremony in front of the school.

They first raised the United States flag. Our Headmaster, Mr. Hickel, offered a speech on the significance of the flag and what it symbolizes. Everyone then offered the Pledge of Allegiance.

Next they raised the State of Florida flag, and Mr. Hickel shared information about the state seal and what it symbolizes. 

The ceremony concluded with everyone singing “God Bless America.”
